On 6, 9 and 10 June 2014, the India Platform and its stakeholder NP Bridging, met with several representatives of the Karnataka government to clear up some misunderstandings as to the feasibility study that NP-Bridging would undertake for the development of liveable cities in Karnataka.
These meetings were convened to clear up some misunderstandings as to the feasibility study that NP-Bridging would undertake for the development of liveable cities in Karnataka. The company needed a letter where the Government of Karnataka expressed its interest to establish a government-to-government agreement with the Flemish Government and to consider giving a matching grant to fund the feasibility study. The delegation explained that NP-Bridging had to decide whether to work in Karnataka or Maharashtra for the feasibility study. The Minister expressed his support for the study and ended with the promise that NP-Bridging would get his decision within a week.
Relevance: This was part of the India Platform’s aim to facilitate cooperation with Indian partners for its stakeholders.
