
Starts at 11.30 with the discussion of two chapters from Sunil Khilnani’s “The Idea of India” that have been precirculated.
After lunch (from 2pm to 5pm, with a break in the middle, we shall welcome Professor Khilnani (King’s College London) for a presentation on the main achievements and challenges of federalism in the Indian Union, followed by a discussion about what can be learned from it for the European Union.
