In its yearly Indian welcome evening, the India Platform invited both Indians living in Belgium and Europeans interested in India to sit together and see which projects could be initialised in the near future. The five focus areas the India Platform has identified collaboration would be very fruitful, are (1) biosicence engineering, (2) school education, (3) urban planning and infrastructure, (4) social sciences and (5) health sciences and medicine.
The programme of the evening included a brainstorm with the participants about possible projects, plans for next steps, and an informal Indian dinner.
